Who We Are
I’m Sarah, founder of Flint Essence.
My work is grounded in the belief that calm, clarity and resilience already exist within us. Often we simply need the right conditions and the space to pause, to reconnect with them.
Before moving into wellbeing work, I spent many years in senior project and leadership roles. That experience gave me a deep understanding of pressure, responsibility and what it feels like to hold a great deal over long periods of time, both professionally and personally.
My own journey into slower, more intentional ways of living grew from that place. Practices that gently support the nervous system, encourage awareness and restore a sense of alignment became not just helpful tools, but a foundation for how I now live and work.
Today, I bring that lived experience into everything I offer through Flint Essence. My approach is calm, practical and human, creating spaces where people can pause, settle the nervous system and reconnect with clarity and presence. This may be through guided practices, conversation, group sessions or workplace support.
Yoga is part of my background and training, but it sits within a wider, integrative approach that brings together nervous-system awareness, leadership insight and sustainable ways of working and living.
Flint Essence exists to offer a different kind of wellbeing, one that values steadiness over pressure, presence over perfection, and space to breathe and realign.
