Yoga

A small, welcoming studio space located in Buntingford. A place to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Weekly Timetable.

These sessions are gentle, steady, and accessible to all abilities. The focus is not on performance or flexibility, but on building strength, mobility, and nervous-system regulation through thoughtful, breath-led movement.

Classes are intentionally small to allow individual attention and a calm, supportive atmosphere.

Available as:

  • Weekly small-group classes

  • Private 1:1 sessions

  • Private yoga sessions for couples

Suitable for:

  • Beginners and those returning to practice

  • People navigating stress or change

Pause & Realign 1:1

We support people and organisations navigating change, overwhelm and uncertainty. Through calm, grounded conversations and practical wellbeing tools, we help create clarity, steadiness and confidence for the next step.

Many of the people we work with are carrying significant responsibility, feeling stretched by competing demands, or navigating periods of transition. Our work offers a confidential space to slow down, gain perspective and reconnect with what matters most.

Through Flint Essence, we work at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing and systems thinking, helping people pause, realign and move forward with greater clarity, presence and sustainable progress.

This is for you if you are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or depleted

  • Navigating change, transition or uncertainty

Grounded Pause Circles are monthly small-group sessions offering collective support through calm, presence, and shared humanity. These circles are not about fixing or performing, they are about creating space to slow down and reconnect.

Each session gently supports nervous-system regulation and reflection, helping participants leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more resourced.
