The Workplace Reset
A simple, structured 60-minute session designed to support teams and leaders during busy working days.
Workplace Reset sessions provide space for the nervous system to settle, helping participants reconnect with clarity, steadiness and focus.
The session follows a simple three-stage structure:
Regulate
Settling the nervous system through gentle grounding, breath and awareness practices.
Restore
Creating a short period of genuine pause, allowing the body and mind to access restorative states often missing during
busy working days.
Refocus
Returning to the working day with greater clarity, perspective and steadiness.
